Legal – X Deal

1. Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and payment token (full card details are never stored on our systems). We also collect usage data such as discounts applied, vendors visited, and transaction history.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to deliver your subscription, apply discounts at partner vendors, process payments, detect fraud, and improve our services. Referral and reward calculations use your registration and purchase history.

3. Data Retention

Financial records are retained for the period required by applicable law. Temporary codes expire within minutes. We run periodic cleanup of activity logs and diagnostic data as described in our retention policy.

4. Data Sharing

We share only what is necessary: vendors see your name and membership status to apply your discount; payment providers process your transactions; we do not sell your personal data.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time, which may affect your ability to use discount features.

6. Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes, sessions are time-limited, and payment data is tokenized. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

نجمع المعلومات التي تقدمها مباشرة: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، ورمز دفع آمن (لا نخزن أبداً بيانات البطاقة الكاملة). كما نجمع بيانات الاستخدام مثل الخصومات المطبقة والمتاجر التي تزورها وسجل المعاملات.

٢. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

نستخدم بياناتك لتقديم الاشتراك وتطبيق الخصومات لدى المتاجر الشريكة ومعالجة المدفوعات واكتشاف الاحتيال وتحسين خدماتنا. تعتمد حسابات الإحالة والمكافآت على سجل تسجيلك وشراءاتك.

٣. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

يتم الاحتفاظ بالسجلات المالية للمدة التي يقتضيها القانون. تنتهي الأكواد المؤقتة خلال دقائق. نجري تنظيماً دورياً لسجلات النشاط والبيانات التشخيصية كما هو موضح في سياسة الاحتفاظ.

٤. مشاركة البيانات

نشارك فقط ما يلزم: يرى المتاجر اسمك وحالة عضويتك لتطبيق الخصم؛ يعالج مقدمو الدفع معاملاتك؛ ولا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية إطلاقاً.

٥. حقوقك

يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. يمكنك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت، وقد يؤثر ذلك على قدرتك على استخدام مزايا الخصم.

٦. الأمان

تُخزَّن كلمات المرور كقيم مشفّرة مع ملح (salt)، والجلسات محدودة المدة، وبيانات الدفع مموّنة (tokenized). ومع ذلك لا توجد طريقة نقل عبر الإنترنت آمنة 100%.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and accepting these terms, you enter into a binding agreement with X Deal. If you do not agree, please do not register.

2. Membership & Subscription

The monthly membership is EGP 250 and provides access to partner discounts for the subscription period (30 days). Fees are charged at the start of each period.

3. Discounts & Vendor Offers

Discounts apply exclusively to X Deal members at participating vendors. Offers are subject to each vendor's own terms and may change without notice. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse discounts, share your QR code beyond family use, or engage in fraudulent activity. Abuse may result in suspension or termination of membership.

5. Platform Fees

Each discount transaction incurs a nominal operating fee of EGP 1, and deals may include a 4% platform commission on the full deal value as part of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

X Deal acts as an intermediary for vendor offers and is not liable for vendor goods or services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding month.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

١. قبول الشروط

بإنشائك حساباً وقبولك هذه الشروط تدخل في اتفاقية ملزمة مع X Deal. إذا لم توافق، فالرجاء عدم التسجيل.

٢. العضوية والاشتراك

الاشتراك الشهري 250 جنيه ويمنحك الوصول إلى خصومات الشركاء طوال مدة الاشتراك (30 يوماً). تُخصم الرسوم في بداية كل فترة.

٣. الخصومات وعروض المتاجر

الخصومات متاحة حصرياً لأعضاء X Deal لدى المتاجر المشاركة. تخضع العروض لشروط كل متجر وقد تتغير دون إشعار. لا يمكن دمج الخصومات ما لم يُنص على ذلك.

٤. الاستخدام المقبول

تتعهد بعدم إساءة استخدام الخصومات أو مشاركة رمز QR خارج نطاق الاستخدام الشخصي أو الانخراط في أي نشاط احتيالي. قد يؤدي إساءة الاستخدام إلى تعليق أو إنهاء العضوية.

٥. رسوم المنصة

تستحق على كل معاملة خصم رسم تشغيل رمزي قدره 1 جنيه، وقد تتضمن الصفقات عمولة منصة 4% من قيمة الصفقة بالكامل كجزء من الخدمة.

٦. حدود المسؤولية

تعمل X Deal كوسيط لعروض المتاجر ولا تتحمل مسؤولية سلع أو خدمات المتاجر. مسؤوليتنا محصورة في الرسوم التي دفعتَها في الشهر السابق.

٧. تعديل هذه الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. استمرار الاستخدام بعد التعديلات يعد قبولاً بها.

1. Subscription Refunds

If you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription purchase, provided no discount has been redeemed. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

2. Renewals

Renewal charges are refundable only if the renewal period has not been used. We recommend contacting support before renewal if you no longer wish to continue.

3. Vendor Purchases

Items or services bought from partner vendors are subject to each vendor's own refund policy. X Deal cannot refund vendor transactions.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact support via the profile page with your registered email and transaction reference. Approved refunds appear on your original payment method.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for unused days after the 14-day window.

١. استرداد الاشتراك

إذا لم تكن راضياً، يمكنك طلب استرداد خلال 14 يوماً من أول عملية شراء اشتراك، بشرط عدم استرداد أي خصم. تُعالج عمليات الاسترداد إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7 أيام عمل.

٢. التجديدات

رسوم التجديد قابلة للاسترداد فقط إذا لم تُستخدم فترة التجديد. ننصح بالتواصل مع الدعم قبل التجديد إذا كنت لا ترغب في الاستمرار.

٣. مشتريات المتاجر

السلع أو الخدمات المشتراة من المتاجر الشريكة تخضع لسياسة استرداد المتجر نفسه. لا يمكن لـ X Deal استرداد معاملات المتاجر.

٤. كيفية طلب الاسترداد

تواصل مع الدعم من صفحة الملف الشخصي باستخدام بريدك المسجل ومرجع المعاملة. تظهر عمليات الاسترداد المعتمدة على وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

٥. الإلغاء

يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت؛ يستمر الوصول حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة. لا توجد استردادات جزئية للأيام غير المستخدمة بعد نافذة الـ14 يوماً.
